With a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, we strive to maintain our position as leaders in the industry.Job Description.We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting various administrative tasks.Responsibilities:Answering and directing incoming calls in a professional manner.Front of house - greeting guests, making refreshments.Taking deliveries and keeping track of stock in the store room.Managing our fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance and repairs, tracking mileage, and ensuring compliance with regulations.Handling email correspondence promptly and efficiently.Maintaining and organising office records, documents, and files.Assisting with payment chasing , and low level credit controll.Coordinating with suppliers for office supplies and equipment.Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
Ensuring documentation up to date to comply with company accreditations.Assisting with other administrative tasks and projects as needed.Requirements:Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Attention to detail and accuracy in work.Knowledge of plumbing and heating industry terminology is beneficial but not required.Benefits:Competitive salary.
